An annual democratic tradition at RFS, the Student Council Elections at the Upper Campus begain this week. Speaking with students, hanging up handmade campaign posters, and presenting their candidate speechs, are all keeping the Upper Campus busy and vibrant with good spirits for this yearly democratic excercise!
