We were pleased to welcome another group from Westtown Friends School on campus and into our community this week. Each year, some of our Upper School student-families host our guests from Westtown School, USA, for a few days while they explore the West Bank.
Our guests sat in on classes in the Lower and Upper Schools, met our students, and attended our weekly Monday-Chapel assembly. They also visited the Quaker-centered Amari Play Center, and tasted Palestinian Falafel at a local restaurant.
Westtown students visit the RFS as part of their Senior Projects; giving them the opportunity to create an independent experience away from the classroom setting.
