Project and Facility Management Department is the part of the school responsible for its projects and facilitates maintenance and up keeping.  The Department is responsible for all school construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and site development projects. It has guarding, gardening and facility renting/management responsibility at both Upper and Lower RFS campuses. 

The department works under the guiding principles of: safety of school body, accessible for school’s population with special needs, and environmental sustainability and up-to-date technology.
